Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship only within Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders $150 or more	FREE Standard Shipping
Orders less than $150	$15 Standard Shipping
Express shipping	$35

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process orders within 2-4 business days. Shipping times may vary on your location.

Standard Shipping	3-10 Business days
Express Shipping	1-3 Business days

How can I track my order?

We offer tracked shipping on all orders through Canada Post. 

What is your return policy? 

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are FINAL SALE.

While we do our best to ensure your package arrives safely, we are not liable for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been shipped.

Where are the smudge products sourced?

All of our smudge products are sustainably sourced from Ontario.

What materials are the earrings made of? 

All of our earrings are handcrafted using either 14 carat gold filled hooks, 925 sterling silver hooks or silver plated earring hooks that are nickel-free and lead-free.
